NewsAbout Us| Occasions|Services|Venues11th July 2010 The continued good weather here in Sussex has been great for all kinds of parties. Today we catered for a “family get together” at a small farm near Petworth. It was not a wedding or anyone’s birthday, but it was a great time to have a family party. We served salads, sides and desserts, but the main course, a beautifully spit-roasted lamb, was provided by Butcherland Lamb Roasts (a local company based in Ebernoe). 9th July 2010 The Tithe Barn near Petersfield was the perfect setting for a glorious summers Wedding. The sunshine made a BBQ the ideal choice, offering an array of tuna steaks, burgers, sausages and prawns. Accompanied by canapés and a selection of salads with a refreshing dessert. We catered for about 80 people, who enjoyed the relaxed and elegant celebration. 3rd July 2010 A 60th Birthday was celebrated in style in Storrington today. During the afternoon the guests were entertained by the sounds of Lucy Ballard on her saxophone, whilst they munched on a delicious assortment of canapés. As the sun went down, more guests arrived and Lucy was joined by a further two other band members whilst the guests enjoyed a cold buffet. 24th June 2010 If you have visited us before, you may have noticed that we have recently tweaked and refined our website. We have also put up a lot more content to give you far more information. We have been working closely with people at PeachTang.net (also based in West Sussex) to ensure that our website is even more helpful and easier to use. 5th June 2010 Today we catered for around 75 people at a wedding reception in Fitzleroi Barn, Fittleworth. The guests were entertained to begin with by a magician called Matt Wainwright, who was performing some utterly incomprehensible tricks. Having a magician there really added something special. 29th May 2010 We had an 18th birthday party in Kirdford and the BBQ went down a treat! We had all three of our charcoal barbecues going, as well as a gas powered one, to feed over a hundred people. The weather was not too great, but nobody seemed too bothered by it; they were too busy enjoying themselves. 20th May 2010 We are in the Guildhall in Guildford high street. It is a small 16/17th century courtroom and Council Chamber with old oil paintings and 17th century paneling. The venue is easily found, because of the famous clock that hangs out over the high street. It is open all year around and is a great venue for small corporate events. It is the 140th birthday of the accounting firm Alliotts, who have raised over £1400 for cancer research by having a sponsored balloon release today. 19th May 2010 We have just started our news page. Make sure you visit us regularly to keep up with what we are up to. |
